Put some thread gauges on and checked in zeus book. Only matched to 3/8 bsf. Gotta say, i never tried coarse, but it def dont look coarse. Will check it out.

Lol, I gave it a wash. Its not M10x1.5 or M10x1.25 or M10x1. I have found that a 3/8 BSF tap goes down the gear nob, but it wont screw on the gear stick. Its 10 thou over size. So probably going to have to run a 3/8 BSF die nut down the gear stick to take the 10 thou off. Then hope I dont screw it up, lol.... Also going to make another gear nob as that one is too big.

Lol, its not screwed down properly either. Goes down about 15mm or summint. Got the wrong thread cut. Its some made up crap. Think its a bit big too, but get her back on the lathe and munch it up some more.

I read it and theres an electrical something going through the blade. Wood has low capacitance of conductivity and human fingers are high. It can detect this and stop/move blade in 5 milisconds. Ok till you trust it too much one day and it fails to work. Wonder how many court cases there will be LOL
