  1. Loving the white one. How's these auctions work and where do you find more details?
  2. I'm going to go out on a limb here. I prefer the revolution wheels to the oem ones. In fact I'm not even that keen on the oem ones as think they look very dated and don't enhance the car.
  3. I like those very much, but I guess getting a z would be a more sensible first step.
  4. Hello, I've tried sending an email to you but it keeps failing saying it can't send. It does not seem to recognise your email address.
  5. Sandy can you tell me a bit more about your car. When was the Cambelt last changed? What suspension is it running? What's been done to it since in the UK? Cheers
  6. Lovely colour, really shows the shape off well.
  7. Trump, I'll just put that out there, there's still plenty of 2017 to go!
  8. It was a grey one but having checked it's no longer listed. It was a little ott. Vented wings and rear spoiler similar to a late esprite. Yes I have looked at the one Josh has listed. Looks like it could be a good basis. I'm afraid I do like a little bit of a kit on them rather than the clean oem look.
  9. There's a grey kitted tt on eBay for 4k at the moment. Don't suppose anyone knows anything about it? It is auto and after some research I think I'd prefer a manuel but could be swayed.
  10. I can do basics but wouldn't want to do big jobs and mess them up, especially with the distinct lack of room in the engine bay.
  11. Thanks for the replies everyone. So looks like if I get one it will be a four hour drive to get work done.
  12. I'm aware of drift limit performance which has Pacific works Mr2 specialist linked in now. Any 300zx owners had any dealings with them. They're at lest getting closer to me than the likes of powerzed in Bristol.
  13. I'm still in my research stage for getting a 300zx. What I was wondering was if there are any specialist garages in the East anglia area that people are aware of. So far it seems lacking from what I can find.
  14. Yes and to a degree you may be right. It is one I keep coming back to. Although you couldn't be much further from me. And it is probably more than I'd want to spend on a na. Not that I'm questioning the value of the car.
  15. Is age a big factor? From looking I've seen quite a few that are from the early 90's. Ideally I'd like something a little newer and fresher import wise. Just considering the damage our salted roads can do.
  16. One thing I know is it would have to be a targa or tiptop. I'm n9t a fan of the lines of the convertible.
  17. Yes it does look a little 2000. A bit dated but not yet retro.
  18. I hate to say it but I'm really not keen on that one. I like the interior but the kit doesn't seem right to me. I'm sure I've seen the kit before years back when I went to JAE. I liked it then but I guess I've mellowed as I've got older and now it seems a little much for my taste. But appreciate the post.
  19. Lovely looking dog! I've got a German Shepherd, Siberian husky and Lab. Can't beat thier friendly face when you come in. Loyal to the last.
  20. OK so general thoughts seem to be with the Manuel gear box. The na vs tt debate seems as lively and undecided as it can be with the mr2 forum. I have two na MR2'S and always wanted the turbo. But then never really thought of a time I'd really get to utilise it's power.
  21. Yes I've had a look at them several times. I think the only thing I didn't like was the steering wheel. But I've got a couple I could choose from, a momo one that would suit it I think.
  22. That's a very tidy looking car. Fantastic job on the interior.
  23. I've got to say I am very tempted it's such a good looking motor.
  24. Cheers for the heads up. Had a look, seems quite nice. How reliable are the gearboxes on the autos? I guess you hear bad press as people talk about it if they have a problem but you don't hear about the ones running without issues.
  25. Thank you that's a very kind offer. It my be very helpful if I tried both. I have seen the purple one. It's a nice looking car but not really what I'm looking for. Kingsleys car was pretty much spot on for the type of thing I like. It's just the turbo aspect I'm not sure on.
