stuff that... im not going any more then
  2. like this you mean... :smash:  :hyper: :nana2: :D
  3. already have done once to be told that if the polisher they use cant get in they always leave it!.. when i noticed that the paint on a couple of the spokes had been damaged i saw no point as they obviously arent really bothered... the best they will do is re-paint the spokes and judging by the quality of workmanship so far i wouldnt trust them, otherwise no doubt they will just dab a touchup stick on the area.
  4. either way... i have to say mark... your z looks the nuts in that pic! hows wozzer doin nowadays?
  5. what a lonely little box... i feel for it :(
  6. welcome to the club buddy... as said, choose wisely and dont jump in with both feet!
  7. i dont think itll cost much just to give them a once over chap... then again if they are already polished can you not give them a bit of autosol and some elbow grease? shall i bother with locking wheel nuts with these internal drive jobbies that require the star drive key do ya reckon?? also, any idea where i get the little plastic centre bore spacers as a couple of mine are worse for wear??
  8. they did nothing with the spokes or anything else... literally just the rim polish.. i wouldnt use the company i used either... half a job harrys!
  9. the final price came in @ 280 quid... thats for removing paint/corrosion on the rim and polishing... rectifying some slight damage to the inner radius of 1 of the rears caused by a blow out and fitting/balancing tyres. the tyres are goodyear eagle f1 assymetric and cost 455 bucks from camskill :D
  10. bugger! you werent meant to read this... il feel bad now :(
  11. cheerZ si.. found some internal drive jobbies on here on the driftworks webby for 35 quid so il try swt and see how they compare... do you think il need locking wheels nuts with them still? the existing nuts do the job but they are not domed or anything so the end of the thread of the stud is exposed... fitted the wheels today and... DISASTER! the zed is not lowered at the mo and the final result of 18's with standard suspension is laughable... lucky the pic quality is crap as the car is filthy and id be embarrassed!
  12. and when they did get it going and lit up the rear wheels... disaster... :headvswal
  13. i just upgraded my washer pump... the jet blasted through the windscreen and the exit holes go through the targas! if you look up by the big dipper you can see the 2 holes made in the ozone from the extreme pressure... :wack: :duffer:
  14. think what hes getting at is...
  15. cool.. a link to a link.. showing how to link... very linky! ... reading that though i never knew that you could host from your pc! something new everyday lol!
  16. once youve nailed that principle its easy... you simply put the link in your thread... ie http://www.link.com.jpg then you hightlight the http://www.link.com.jpg and click the little icon that looks like a postcard? if you hover over it, it says 'insert image' then have a quick preview to make sure its all gone hunky dorey :D
  17. 1st things first... are you aware that pics on the threads have to be from an online hosted source and not directly from your pc?
  18. with all that experience i would have thought youd know where to drill? surely all manufacturers drilling positions etc are all different so just drill away in the style you fancy? no offence btw... was meant in the nicest possible way! im assuming your aware what sort of stress testing the standard discs have undergone so that you dont over stress them...
  19. yes!... your gonna ask me what its called now arent you? id have to look into it... but there is definately a suitable product... whats it for might i ask?
