  1. I'm interested to hear how Howard's car has been after his experience with Greg @ Protuner. They are currently top of my hit list. Flat price of approximately £800 regardless of how long it takes to get it right. That's £250 for the Nistune board installed and £550 for the mapping.
  2. SMIC. Even if you're ramping up the power.
  3. Weld that box section in, cut out the other one and put it all back together [emoji13]
  4. From my personal experience, Jimmer @ PowerZed and from very positive feedback by club members, Lee Dent @ L.A. Autos. Which ever one of those is closest to you would be the specialist I would recommend in "your area" (your area may have to be quite big!).
  5. It's a weld point for the internal return feed line. Peroni please.
  6. Negative. The one that was scheduled for today/tonight was cancelled and changed to another date.
  7. Nice subtle arch work there [emoji41][emoji106]
  8. I'll try and get there for 8 [emoji106]
  9. Happy Birthday Matey [emoji482]
  10. I don't like the wing mirrors.
  11. I'd imagine it would have been wet installed with sealant so the faying surfaces will also be stubborn to remove once all the spot welds are off.
  12. Happy Birthday Ian [emoji482]
  13. Happy days Gaz, look forward to some piccies [emoji106]
  14. For redwine to pay a fabricator or to try and engineer a home made crossmember himself, I believe it would be expensive and time consuming enough to warrant buying a new or a good used piece. The design and shape of the OEM crossmember is not just a simple brace, it is applying forces in specific directions to transfer the load evenly onto the rest of the chassis. To replicate this would involve careful planning and probably over-engineering "to be sure" it's up to the job. Obviously it can be done, but I'm with the "replace for new" referendum voters.
  15. Have you priced up a new one including shipping yet?
  16. Sorry to read this Jeff. Unfortunately I know the feeling all too well. Thoughts are with you chap.
  17. What part are you waiting for Darren?
  18. Looks like this will be a great show of Zeds and company [emoji106]
