best to always chock the wheels when jacking guys ;-)

zx tt is right just remove cut weld clean off with grinder to a smooth finish if your not the best welder ;-)

there should be a bracket on the bottom of your old rad ? alot are just sat with no brackets on though.

i just sold one of those with a volvo aq171c i bought it with a snapped belt and bent valves :-( built it up and traded up to a wellcraft prima :wink: let me know when you are down there we still have a princess 25 in there somewhere UPHILL :wacko:
