Hi dude it 2.1 and 80/90. It would be beneficial to use a better quality grade oil as the oil is probably the most important part of keeping your running gear healthy so dont skimp as its not worth it in the long run :) PJ

If you have a multimeter put it resistance and put it on the two terminals of the tps. Make sure its base voltage is 0.4 ohms resistance when the throttle pedal is not pressed. If not adjust it by slackening off the two bolts, screws and turn slowly until its 0.4

Thats right I also have rebuilt lots of engines for trucks and coaches. If you think zed owners spend alot on there engines try a £18,000 exchange engine on for size LOL. MAN or just a Recon Volvo for £10,000 these are plus labour LOL. No Si if james says that the shells are good then trust him mate he has more than enough experience and expertise.
