sounds like the temp sensor for the ecu making it run on choke and rev higher on tickover.

what about under the throttle cover ? does the car run lumpy or just idle low ?

have you checked your fuel lines etc ?

Mate you should see some of the people that come in the garage having just bought a 4k car and saying can you just check it over. Then I have to tell them they need to spend some serious money on it. It makes me feel like a right bas****. Ur car sounds like it just needs a bit of TLC.

looks like the EGR pipe. you can get a 1/4drive 10mm socket on a small wobbly extension to tighten it.

glad your happy with it mate. Have you got an extra aerial ?

can you see them stood at the front of the car ? (about ten foot away infront of number plate) If yes they're fine if no they are a failure
