Hi all Well after 3 weeks of living with my new 300zx TT Manual...I have decided to sell it :-( I was originally after an auto but after a last minute wobble decided to go for a manual. This was due to a number of reasons 1) most owners convert auto to manual for drivability, reliability and performance 2) it was a club members car "rustysills" aka Graham so had more provenance than joe blogs 3) all modifications done by 300zx specialist Automodz 4) tuning done by Turbonoz and lastly 5) everything was very very recently done But...after 10 years of driving automatics (BMW, Jag, Lexus) its hard to change my driving habits to drive manual. I still prefer to jump into my modern auto instead of the Z...which can't be right. I'll post a proper ad on eBay in the next couple days but if you are interested drop me a pm and I'll see if I can help. Unfortunately I am not mechanical savvy so I am happy for you to speak to Mark at Automodz. He was superb in answering all my questions before I purchased it to give me some peace of mind. I have 225/40/18 on the front and 265/35/18 on the rear. Is that not right ? is there some flex on the size as mastercookieman says ? Or do I have the wrong set up ? You certainly have great taste I cars crx , ae86 and of course the 300zx !! I saw a ae86 for sale about 5 months ago and had never heard of it before. It was on pistonheads and had a great write up because someone had shove a v8 in to it. Definitely a discreet performance car. Hi all Looking to get my interior tidied up. 1. Any recommendations on someone to help repair my leather where stitching has come away slightly 2. What products do you recommend to get my tired leather back to its former glory 3. What solution can I use for the tweed door cards to feel like new again 4. Hi Richard, your still only a short blast down the A40, more in the countryside now :1eye: I am not very mechanical but willing to have a go at some of the simpler jobs to keep the running costs low. thanks for the offer for help and advice ...I will need it.
