hi there danny :tongue: yeah its the conzult program, i did a search on here & it said a 9 pin plug but the one i have seen is the 14pin type, i know it has the conzult interface on the cable, how much do you sell these for matey :)

gents i have a conzult program on the laptop & i need to know what type of lead i need to connect to the diagnostoc port on the zed i know its RS232 to the pc but is out diagnostic port 9 pin or 14pin?? the interface i have seen is of the 14pin type will that fit my diagnostic plug?? cheers dewi

guys, have had insurance from preformance direct, i have asked for a guaranteed valuation for the zed of 8k they have sent a form to fill in but i require someone from the forum to sign it, someone like a chairman or something, who could i ask?? :dance: any help much appreceated dewi.

guys im looking to buy a cheap laptop, all i need is too program my racelogic traction & to run a consult from the diagnostic port on the zed. would also like dvd & wireless. cheaper the better. what are the minnimum specs i would need guys?? 2nd hand ofcourse. :tongue: cheers dewi.

not used mine for years , then was'nt regased for 2years so i knew mine was shagged, out it came. amased at how much the aircon rad was blocking the main rad!!

so if i come to insure the zed & not tell them it was a cat c loss then they might not pick up on it??

hey scrawni your ok with the clock location, my turbo timer fitted in there nicley, i will take a pic if i can, looks factory fitted, i am now looking into fitting my apexi avcr & racelogic digital adjuster somewhere i was thinking in the ashtray for the digi box, but the apexi im not sure yet, ikarl seems the best idea locate everything where you want it then think about it, remember MEASURE TWICE CUT ONCE !! golden rule LOL!!

guys my zed was a cat c loss last year but has now been fully repaired with an engineers report, problem is when it comes to insurance they nearly double the quote ffs is there a way of getting it inspected by the dvla to remove it from the list ?? or are there any more forgiving insurance companys i can call??

thats an awsome looking zed there matey, lots of work gone in there, the interior looks ace, what is that pod above the heater vents that looks intresting
