  5. i was tempted to get this and make moulds .. but as im defecting to Lotus soon , i dont see the point .. be nice to find out what matt hes using how many layers and type of resin .. its not just about fitment its about how its made cheap resins n gelcoats will cause it to bend in hot weater and paintwork to fade rapidly

  22. it is daft prices these days ,, i got the labours to strip some 150mm armoured cable to run in the yard we got just over 4k for just over a ton in weight .. what a pissup we had that weekend :hyper: :hyper: :nana2:
  23. they definatly benefit older cars due to corrosion in cables / terminals which can lead to bad spark/ throttle response etc .. IMO the thicker the cable on the grounding kit the less resitance and voltage drop you will get .. i have an adapted version of Shrimpy's grouding kit ( he kindly donated me the diagram) as i require MASSIVE current to my huge amplifiers, but personaly for every day Zeds a shrimpy kit will be more than adequate, plus hes a genuinly nice chap , so customer support is second to none, just noticed he is no longer a trader , but you can find him at http://www.groundingkits.co.uk
  24. i disagree bud . they have their benefits but also have downfalls of little reserve capacity . not much good if ur tinkering with the car one sunday and want the radio on without the engine running .. but the benefit is they will start your car in sub zero temperatures without any loss .. for general motoring id say they are no good .. for serious aplications IE starting a track day car , extreme high current car audio ( where short high power bursts are used) they are superb
