  1. Ok Graham, Shall we meet at the McDonalds that me and Tom usually meet at? Say 8:30am? The postcode is L3 4db... The event isn't far from there so not a bad place to meet up!
  2. Washed and polished ready for Liverpool's cars and coffee meet in the morning...:)
  3. I've now been on for a year now and I'm so glad I've joined. Met some great people and had some great times with them. Also its been really helpful as I've learned alot from all of the people on here which has helped me get my car to where it is today. It seems that no matter when you post, there's always someone ready to help point you in the right direction, thanks all! Like Wchestnutt said... Prob one of my favourite internet sites:)
  4. No, I'm coming from the north... M6 and then M58. I'll have a proper look tomorrow... Me and Tom usually meet at a McDonalds in Liverpool
  5. Pm me your number Graham, it'll be easier to text you tomorrow. I'll know for definite then. What time does this start Tom?
  6. Nightmare! What time are you thinking of going down? Could potentially meet first?
  7. Good stuff! What's happened to the Z?
  8. Tailgaters... Never really had an issue until I got the Z. Its as if they are trying to egg me on to putting my foot down. (quite often someone in an Audi... Sorry to those that own them but most seem to have serious issues when behind the wheel of one!) Also, people that approach a give way on a side street to a main road at speed and then stop almost half way across a main road forcing you to either stop or take evasive action. What's more annoying is if you let them out and then you just get back up to speed they then slam on their brakes and indicate right forcing you to stop again!
  9. Is there anyone else up for this on Sunday... Looks like the weathers gonna be good!
  10. Mine is the username that my current employer and my old employer gave to me with my name being David Coop (funny it was with 2 different companies) so its stuck from there really. A few years back I was messing about on a number plate website and found the below, so I bought it:)
  11. I agree, mine says about 129k however this is a mix between kilometres and miles. When purchased it was sold as having approx. 80k miles.
  12. Went to a little mini meet at a garage called TDI north in Warrington, they specialise in Honda's mainly but some nice cars turned up... Didn't take any photos though!! (doh!) There was a very nice GTR along with a Honda powered Lotus Elise track car.... It looked insane!! It was a very nice drive with the targas off tonight though :)
  13. Lol, no probs. Think me and James will be there early, his brothers NSX is being MOT'd on Fri so all being well he'll be there too! Just give me a bell when you get there... Do you know the postcode for the actual venue? I've only got the McDonalds one with following you there normally:)
  14. Should be up for this:)
  15. Nothing :( I looked at her but was too busy to go to a drive in the sunny weather:(
  16. Congratulations Tom! Hope all is good with the little one and the Mrs:)
  17. Never got chance to meet you either bedzee... I saw you pulling in when I was washing my car and meant to come over. So much going on on the day though!
  18. My opinion is a bit split... Yes it wasn't the nicest looking part of the show but it was close to alot of things. (toilets, cafe etc.) It would have been maybe better where the 240z's were parked? The event is so big and tbh it was my first time at Japfest so I wanted to see the other cars there so I found that I spent most of my time walking around the other stands and watching the drift cars etc. It would have been nice to have spent more time with my own car as I felt once I'd cleaned it, I didn't really see it. Whenever I was around near my car you are correct there weren't many other Z owners in sight but again I suspect they were also taking in the sights. It was great to meet a couple of new people I hadn't met before and catch up with others but I didn't see everyone, (yourself included). Overall I enjoyed the event despite the cold weather but your right in saying that where we were parked lacked presence. Would have been good to have some club banners there maybe. I feel like I always positively promote the owners club and wouldn't mind maybe getting a banner at some point for myself if that's possible?
  19. I'd like the power steering reservoir along with the lid with sensor if possible:)
  20. Happy birthday Graham!
  21. Exactly what I did last year.... Horrible job!
  22. Back to Keith's today to check over the paintwork... Tidied up a couple of bits:)
  23. So gutted for you... Hopefully you'll be back here on the forum soon:(
