Forgot to say, theres more popping and noise coming from the drivers side exhaust. Would that mean that its one of the cylinders on the drivers side that is broken?

Ok i swapped the 2 under the balance bar because i wasnt sure about them both. After they were swapped round i started the engine and checked them. Before i couldnt get the plug off the one on the right under the balance bar, but when i swapped the coil i moved a few wires around and was now able to unplug it and see if the noise changed.... With the engine on, i checked all the plugs and listened for a noise change, they all made a different tone when all unplugged which means it cant be a coil, right?

Typical, its one of the ones unber the balance bar. I think its the one on the right (if you look at the engine) i'll swap it and see. Its all fun fun fun!

What ive done so far: Changed the spark plugs. Changed the coil connectors - all the plastic bits were broken. Took the PTU off and cleaned all the pins - started the car and it sounded fine, shortly after the missfiring started. Just done an ECU diagnostic - got the code 55 so no faults Surely it cant be the cas as the ECU showed no faults? Im thinking its the coils, what does everyone else think?

I think it looks kinda cool, espeially the front and the back vents near the spoiler. Not to fussed about the rear lights tho.

Mine rolled down a hill and into a metal fence (some prat forgot to put the handbrake on), got a few big cracks in it and bent the exhaust. It cost £300 to get it all fixed, looks like new so you should be able to get urs sorted

Ok, after changing the spark plugs the cars still missfiring. How do I check and mend the coil packs?

I cant believe it, i put some shiny valve caps on my wheels for jae. They looked alright had a nice little z on the top. Went to coventry to see some friends on saturday night, kept looking out the window to make sure the car was ok. Going back home on sunday i noticed that some little sh!t has nicked all my valve caps. :rant: Whats wrong with people these days?

The supplier says he cant get 11b's, only 11c's, is there much difference between the two?

My car has been missfiring so ive taken all the sparkplugs out and they seem to be ok, what plugs would you reccomend in their place?

Its all good, managed to get the head unit out then found out that it was the fuse on the capacitor that had blown, managed to stuff all the leads back in and i now have sound :) took the car out for a spin and the dam things missfiring now, all i want is a day where there is nothing wrong with the car!!! :(

OMG!!!! wish id never started, Got the thing off, thanx guys. But you should see how many wires are behind it, theres 3 unpluged but i dont think there meant to connect to anything, why is electical stuff soooo confusing
