i have recently had a double your money promotion, only been with the company since november so must be shuffling those papers right! when i took the job it was for less money than i was offered elsewhere but had great job security and better prospects. was a gamble but certainly paid off. have went from 14.5k to nearly 30k woohoo!!!!
