Were you informed that this had gone to court, as the only way they can get balliffs involved is by getting a county court judgement against you, just check it out, and watch out for the hidden charges, because the baillifs will say they have called when they haven't. If in doubt, do not let them in, they can only gain accces when accompanied by the police

If this is the case, then they will have to amend the laws which apply to SORN, which will have huge implications. Just read Clarkey's bit - it now makes sense, a lot of police forces are already impounding cars that have no insurance - and for other reasons too. Only today in my local paper a 21 year old has had his Corsa siezed and I quote "for driving in an inappropriate manner" - this followed a police warning in April - it will now cost him around £100 to get the car back and more the longer he leaves it

You're lucky. i've been unemployed since Jan, applied for over 100 jobs had three interviews and the rest either didn't answer or came back with the remark that i was too well qualified for the job, think they were frightened that I knew more than they did.
