  1. You can get those from ZCentre
  2. Okay :( Well the error have to be somewhere else then, you could call your ISP and ask them to make a speed check. They usually try to avoid the problems, if there are any, so force them to make that check. I had 0.25 meg line for a month and a half months only because they didn't want to check the condition of the line, and when they did they realized that there where something wrong with it. So now I got my 2 meg back, but I'm still waiting for them to exchange the telephone cable to the nearest ADSL central so that I could get my 8 meg back... There should be a quite big speed drop if you use a 15ft RJ11 cable, but your speed may be so slow already that it wont affect it.
  3. What do you mean, they are as hairy here as they are on there
  4. Explain yourself, Pinky :)
  5. They may have felt bigger, because you where smaller by then. I remember thinking that my childhood home was HUGE, but now as I drive past it it looks really small :)
  6. But try with a shorter RJ11 cable and i.e. a laptop (borrow one from you neighbour/friend if you don't own one) first, to make sure it really helps, so you won't put out money on something which doesn’t help. But I would say that you should get a nice increase in speed by using a shorter cable, be sure to use a high quality/undamaged one :) Ken
  7.  :p
  8. Yep, wireless is a good idea, myself I have a wireless router (D-Link) and a wireless extender hooked wirelessly to it. I used to have an 8meg DSL line, and had no drop in speed at all :) The price has come down quite nicely on the wireless systems too, and I would recommend you to buy a 54 Meg system or higher. If you live in a densely built-up area, you want to put up encryption on it, or you will be sharing your Internet connection with your neighbours. :)
  9. Yes, the cable can have quite a big impact on the speed, if I would be you I would hook up a couputer directly with a short cable (4feet max) and thest the speed.
  10. I wonder how big the silver percent really is, silver is a very soft metal, why it would be impossible to build anything like that out of it...
  11. Okay, sorry didn't read it though very properly :) How long is the RJ11 cable from the wall to the modem? And is the phone jack (or whatever you call it :)) that you use on the base floor?
  12. Have you made sure you don't have any spyware/viruses?
  13. Here are some from my 300zx picture collection. Some of they me owned by users on this forum. I have more pictures of some of the cars, so ask if you need.
  14. Who's saying she's got implants? No way! :p

  17. I guess it's because he have the demo, and you the licensed version...
  18. Oh, and what do you think about my skins btw?
  19. Everyone who play LFS, please extract the files from this archive to your /Live for Speed/data/skins/ folder, and you will be able to see my skins in game, when I use them. You can use them yourself if you want too :) Ken
  20. I asked on the LFS forum, you need the full version for custom skins :(
  21. Yep! You can check out my skins in the previous LFS thread if you want too.
  22. I like the game, but it's sad that you can't see other players home-made car skins. I made this very nice one (my opinion) but no one can se me using it :( I wonder if this is just dependant on the server, or if it actually is impossible...
  23. It's snowing over here :(
