i was just pi$$ed off yesterday.but i saw one of my customers today and he has lent me a mercedes vito van. free of charge... and have been told the repairs on my van should be done next week..

had a accident in my iveco van, (3.5 ton).just coming upto a dual carriage way and the van in front had slowed down,but because of the low sunshine did not see brake lights. skidded but i hit him denting in his rear doors and braking rear light... damage to my van is bonnet,grille,radiator, front panel,headlights,bumper. a local bodyshop is doing the repairs thru the insurance company. but as i am self employed and i need a large van it looks as i might be out of work for a little while. but looking on the bright side nobody was injured. and in the afternoon my front door on my house the lock has jammed. :( i am now going down the pub for a few drinks. :duffer:

go to my nearest bp garage and fill the zx with fuel and go to france to live.

ask yourself if the person knows the fault and how to rectify the problem easily, why hasnt it been repaired before sale.

possible alarm , can you disconnect it. could also be the alternator is draining the battery when switched off (is there a faint glow on your ignition light)?

when you put copper grease on pads,did you just put grease on back of pad.if so put a small amount of copper grease on the metal edge of pads where it sits into brake caliper. also same info that import-ance told you about good quality pads.

you are correct its not in the manual, its a square white plastic valve asy with a lever attached held in by small pozi screws. as far as i can remember.any problems pm your phone number(evening) and i will phone you back.john

try looking at the control valve on right hand side of heater matrix, mine was leaking (smell of anti freeze) you can check this without taking dash out, but if item needs replacing 2 of the screws are inpossible to get to (dash out) hope this helps

sounds like a scam, custom & excise phone you first during normal working hours to talk to you. and if you have to pay any money owning to them they send you a bill.phone customs & excise for there advice.

the fuse box is located on the drivers side footwell, next to the throttle pedal /and bonnet release cable, there is a plastic cover on the right hand side that just pulls out. hopes this helps
