steering wheels
that's a big help, now to find the correct steering wheel and stalk. The only thing is I don't seem to have the cruise control switch on the right hand pod? Will I need a garage to fit the airbag or is it just reconnect and the sensors read its reactivated? Anyone got either of above that they would like some cash in place of lol

steering wheels
Is there a difference in the early steering wheels and the 96 steering wheel. Mine car has an aftermarket steering wheel and going to put it back to factory original Some idiot put a push button on the left had side of the steering column cowling where there seems to be a hole for another stalk. I assume this was taken off. It must be for the cruise control as I cant see any functions for it. The car is a 96 lwb.. thanks (any photos would be great)

Can I say a big thank you to Ian and Ian jr for helping me find a decent car. They have taken time out of their own lives to help a fellow person on the forum whom they don't know but have the courtesy to help a stranger out. Well if there is such a thing as karma, both these guys deserve bucket loads of health wealth and happiness. Cant thank you both enough, so hopefully this thread will show some appreciation of your friendship and helpfulness. Hope to actually meet you both soon. regards and best wishes Derek. someday I hope I can repay this to you both.

Thankfully no issues with cancelling offer. The guy just asked me to agree it was bought in error to save his paying fees to ebay and leave him it can be relisted. So that's put to bed.

no budget really set aside, just want a good one but like everyone I want to keep reasonable.

is this good value or should I walk
Just notified him through ebay so now waiting for him to report me for non payment and here starts the fun. However the car doesn't match the description so worst way I get a strike for non payment. Check the resolution centre and it doesn't cover real estate or vehicles! Like that other one though http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/1993-L-REG-Nissan-300ZX-TARGA-NON-TURBO-/301088311716?pt=Automobiles_UK&hash=item461a4309a4 Think a phone call in the morning to see what this is hiding. Hopefully this one might be the one lol

is this good value or should I walk
Sold my z on sunday and want a manual one. Put an offer on this and won it but after speaking to the guy, its been welded on the front floor pans around the jacking area, needs a wheel arch sorted (rust) and the l/h roof under the targa has rust. Then if you look close at the passenger side lower quarter near the door it seems to be a different colour. Am I being too fusy but living in N.Ireland, its not exactly on my door to go and look at it. All advice would be appreciated.. here is the link and the winning offer. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/350871828979?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649 thanks guys Derek.
