Well i think fluoresent lights under your car will only weight your car down then you'll need to make the engine more powerful :D Why not have a set of carbon fibre doors for a prize much better ;)

DC every time darlin ;) If we're gonna get scientific one my ass... by turning down a dimmer on a fluorecent tubing (which you ain't supposed to do) is makes the gas act like a giant capacitor, it charges up and fires across it in bursts making it flicker more or less dependant on the position :D So its a flicker control :) (2 years of Physics A Level not wasted yay!)
