  1. ^^^ just make sure you get UK rims for it not the Jspec ones as you don't get the deeper dish rear.

Most are!....and ones for 1900 I'd hazard a guess at saying definitely! lol

    How rusty is it?
  4. Seen all of those before, but never tire of seeing those. Lovely. :)
  5. Now then I'd have to get the 99-spec skirts....currently these are not made as replica items such as the rear spoiler etc. I think they are in excess of £1k. Daves_zed is currently the closest thing to a 99-spec replica there is.
  6. No, leave them as they are. Black on wheels generally isn't very flattering IMHO.
  7. First ones without a shadow of doubt. 2nd ones look a little....erm....dare I say it...cheap?
  8. I quite like that. Remove the slats on the IC vents and see how it looks?
  9. Reminds me of steel wheels.... NO!!!!
  10. Mmmmmm, not especially. It's the central aperture that's too big. If it lined up with the bottom of the fog lights, it would look neater. The cutout is too big and reminds me, strangely of a cyber man.
  11. Stop fannying around and fit them as they are FFS, you can decide after that if you're not quite happy with the look.
  12. Not keen on most due to their lack of uniformity with the rest of the car.
  13. Sorry, I totally disagree. I've seen them smoothed in, and unless on a widearch, it doesn't look good at all. Gives the car a flabby appearance. The swage line kicks up the rear too and is actually quite a flattering detail and is something I certainly will NEVER get rid of. Besides, why would I want to put filler all over my car? As for the 'makes it look like an 80s' car...well, hate to say this, but it is an 80s car.
  14. What do I do with the lack of swage line on the sides and rear though, this is my only quarm with going for this one over the Aeromaster.
  15. Here we go. I'm even considering getting the middle bit sprayed black again rather than bodycolour. As I've said, the lip covers the swage line/pin stripe and that's what I'm keen to avoid as it's not uniform all the way round.
  16. Nissan 300zx Twin Turbo (280 - 300bhp) BMW E60 535 Twin Turbo diesel (300bhp) Renault Lagina 1.8 (120bhp) Beta Rev 3 (21bhp) Grand total = circa 750bhp.
  17. Absolutely not! LOL. If I did, I'd get the skirts and the front bumper extension. But very very subtle stuff. Still unsure...find that the standard front bumper needs a little something on the bottom of it. If I can make it look OE, then it'll be done.
  18. :) 2 of the bits are sat by his computer. :)
  19. Yeah that would be nice, cheers Dave. Oh, BTW, did you ask PJ about those bits?
  20. There's very few aftermarket front bumpers that I like. I can't afford an IMPUL front bumper...even if I could get hold one one...etc 99-spec is nice, but unsure of the large apperture. I find the lines of the older bumper a bit more inkeeping with the time...if that makes sense. So almost ruled out that option. So I'm considering either the Stillen type 3 bumper extension, but with a modification to it so it doesn't sit flush with the top edge of the swage line as you'll loose the pin stripe. Either that or considering the Aeromaster front bumper extension. Just wondering people's thoughts on this.
  21. :duffer: BTW, the rims are made by a company called Rondell.

99-spec has no different rear bumper than standard cars. But yeah, Luke @ Zcentre sells them. I got my 99-spec spoiler when I was in California as it's a carbon fibre jobbie.
  23. Exactly....as I've always said mate. Find that you loose deffinition with dark/black rims. With a high power silver centre and polished lip, you'll get such a nice crisp and clean look.
  24. As above....also, just try them Joel. Fit them to the car and then see how you feel about it. Polished rim lips are tops! Nice.
  25. Isn't it the loom that fails rather than the sensor? It's the contacts that corrode and the small bit of loom that degrates. You can buy the loom which is about £30 iirc.
