  1. Somewhere between 0.42 - 0.44 volts on idle. Is it that high when depressed? Had no idea.
  2. I had to replace mine as it wouldn't respond when adjusting it. I didn't have a problem with idle though, it just showed as being an incorrect voltage on ConZult. Fitted a replacement and was able to set it up on ConZult.
  3. First one is davezx showing off to his mates at a kruuuuuzeeeee down Maccys. LOL ;)
  4. Maybe traders' subs have run out?
  5. In a narrow garage, I'd rather have foldy mirrors. Heated seats are no use to me in the summer! ;)
  6. I think even the old CLK looks pretty neat in white. Ignoring the shitty chrome outlining and the white ribbons, this is nice....and I don't really have much of an opinion on cabrios anymore.
  7. Unless you get the V8 Kompressor or M3, then they aren't 'that' powerful.
  8. Yes there is a switch missing. UK specs don't have folding mirrors, US specs have adjustable suspension buttons (with no folding mirrors) and Jap cars have folding mirror buttons.
  9. Sorry, but PMSL
  10. Unless yours is UK/European spec, then it's unliked to have heated seats. If someone's retro-fitted them, then you'll have buttons next to the mirror controls.
  11. Looks like it's made from the BL parts bin. Middle section is Maxi/2000, boot is from an Ital, front end from a Hunter.
  12. I was getting muddled up with the BMW 'B5' model. :mac1::nelson::o
  13. Sprint is a Dolomite model. Too small to be a Dolomite. It's not a 2000 or Toledo. I don't think it's a Triumph as the headlights don't lend themselves to Triumph of that era.
  14. Having a Z on the Shetland islands must be like having an itch that you can't scratch. Bet it's frustrating!
  15. I remember the advert....is it a Hillman Hunter?
  16. Try finding one! LOL B5s are ubber rare! Can you get them for under £10k already?
  17. If you're looking at S4s and Evos then it is! LOL I like the 93 cabrios, but for a cabrio, a 3-series or CLK cabrio are much nicer.
  18. It looks like a dribble of spunk on a chain.
  19. £10k for 175bhp, I wouldn't LOL. Nice look, but not an exciting car.
  20. I don't think there's anything up to about the £15k mark that interests me other than the 8 series and CL. You'd have to shoot up to £20k - £30k for an NSX or 355 to really make me go 'now that's worth selling the Z for'. S4, great car though.
  21. I'd rather have the saloon over the Estate. S6 Estate yes, but the MK2 A4 Estate looks soooooo bland. I think if I was looking for a fast saloon/coupe around the £10k mark, it would probably be the Mercedes CL-coupe (which is still a bit more, but hold out about 6 months!). This and the BMW 8 series (Very very late versions) are probably the only cars around that price bracket that I'd give the Z up for. These have such awsome road presence in person. Quite rare, but very stylish and slick. If you can save your cash a bit £15k, try and get either the CL55 (V8 supercharged) or the CL65, (Twin Turbo V12). These are really starting to come down in price now. The CL500 and 600 are NA powered V8 and V12 respectively, £11k - £12k for the CL500. This is one of the prettiest cars Mercedes have made IMO and is a little more interesting than Audi saloon cars.
  22. It's a still taken from the film 'The Never Ending Story'. lol ;)
