That's cool, glad you made it. I followed Jim half way to Iron Acton. Looks like you were getting blue smoke on lift-off and when boosting, starting off blue and going black. Maybe a combo of oily plugs (caused by blow back) meaning the burn rate wouldn't be as good. Jimmer will have it purring like a kitten before too long. Think he started work on it that afternoon and I think he's been working on it today as well.

Just have the front so far John. From what I can tell, you'll need a new bonnet, wing, slam panel, cross member, headlights, new FMIC (ouch) and a new Ablfug front (again ouch!) I'll see if I can do my Wizidary and will have a go about sourcing some vendors from the Border IC and ABFlug front. Would be amazing to see it back on the road! I think it's more superficial, but unfortunately, you had some rare and expensive parts on it. We'll make sure we have a good seach for you mate. I am sure the rest of the forum will offer as much support as is needed too.

So sorry to hear that John, I was shocked when I found out earlier today. Glad you're ok though mate. I've told Jimmer that if you need any help with anything, sourcing parts or whatever, I am very much at your disposal. Such a shame, you'd got it running just right and when Jimmer and I went out in it last weekend, it was running ever so well.

I use Myspace to keep in touch with most of my mates in the US. But, for some reason, and it happens every few months, I keep getting this saddo trying to add me to his profile. (You'll understand why I think/know he's a Saddo in a minute). He first tried to add me early part of last year. I just clicked ignore. After seeing a rather bizarre profile with about 20 photos all taken of himself by his own camera phone. He did the same about 6 months later. I hate it when people try to add you as a 'friend' when you don't even know them. Anyway, check out his amazing profile! You'll understand why I couldn't even raise the energy to send him a message asking who he is!
