  1. With the rabbit hutch as well!?!?!?!?
  2. Whilst I have still yet to form an opinion on these, that's some good work there Stu! :duffer:
  3. How about some saggy green leather seats? :wack:
  4. Oh I see. Well, how much DID you spend?
  5. 'red' Z badge for the nose panel (new version). Is it an OEM or AM part?
  6. The width of the tyre gives a percentage of the profile. So for a balanced look, you select a slightly smaller profile for the rear.
  7. That's gay. Give us more of a clue else you'll have people like me saying 'steering wheel retaining nut' and other such boring items! LOL
  8. I can get you wrap or plastic conduit free. ;) But it's the black V0 rated plastic which is much nicer looking that that stuff!
  9. ^^ too much stretch. Optimum tyre sizes for those wheels are 8.5" fr (245 40 18 )and 9.5" rear (275 35 18).
  10. Yeah, there are a few more subtle differences. 160mph clocks, the rear bumper is different, not as deep as JDM rears and the numberplate cutout is slightly different. mirrors are non-electronically folding. Also has locking t-tops, running lights. Haven't just seen plenty of them, driven about 6 different US spec Z32s, 2+2, TT, slicktop, Verts, all sorts.....and starting any US spec Z, you need to have the clutch pedal depressed to start it. Here's me but 2 weeks ago driving a 2+0 up the I20 heading toward Alabama. :D
  11. I already explained in the post. LOL Rip em off! LOL
  12. Best off doing this job in the heat of the summer as the product will creep better into the flitches and cavities. Not the best time to do it now really.
  13. Just stick a note to your door saying 'no beggars/canvassers/bible bashers' etc. Or even better 'Satan lives within'. LOL I do the last one at Christmas when the carol singers come round!
  14. I'd rather glue brussells sprouts to my vacuum lines! ;)
  15. Their noise is subjective. Personally think they sound stupid, like the air brakes on a Scania truck. As to their purpose. They don't really have one other than make the noise like the airbrakes on a Scania truck. If yours is an auto, they won't work at all! A dump valve will only operate when the accelerator pedal is released when running positive boost pressure! This doesn't happen on an auto. When using dump valves, the air is released into the atmosphere and this means that the space between the turbo compressor and the throttle bodies has to be regained and this causes a noticeable delay in boost pressure. Also, the ECU is programmed to expect the unused air to be recirculated back into the intake and if it doesn't arrive, then there is a momentary 'rich' running and this can cause hesitation. There is definately no performance gain from fitting dump valves. Infact the opposite. They only really offer a viable alternative if you're running aftermarket engine management.
  16. Silver or black. Nice and neat. Having various colours all over the place detracts from the overall look of the car.

I saw a whole bunch of them out on track at Znationals, including the new Nismo version and Z1's own modified 370. They do look better in person, I must say. I'll get some photos up one day!
  18. Wasn't it the IP address the same as 300zxttt's?
  19. Briefly caught a glimpse of you near the 24hr Texaco garage. Must about been about 3 or 4pm.
