  1. Everytime i buy something for the Zed, she goes out and buys a new saddle or something for her horse. Then whenever she gets something new for her horse, for instance a bridle, I have to go out and get something for the Zed. It's all a wonderful never ending circle. I'm going to encourage her to buy another horse (so I can learn to ride), then I can buy a second car for trackdays. Evil Lol! ps we have our own bank accounts by the way
  2. I was wondering the other day; it must be just as hard, if not harder for wide boyz to type like that. You really have to think about how to spell the words!?

Bloody hell mate, just keep it. Surely its not worth selling considering what you'll get and what you've spent? Little money when you're talking about the amount that goes into a house. Dave
  4. Happy Birthday to you, Happy birthday to you, you look like a monkey, and smell like one too! Have a good one mate! Dave
  5. You there jeff? seem to remember you had a contact for this??
  6. Just found out thats without VAT. Basically it works out at just under £40 a 5litre after tax and postage.
  7. No good mate, needs a pink fluffy steering wheel and dice!
  8. I'll give you my 25p one for a quid!

I agree whole heartedly with Smithy (and I don't even sell 'em!). Cant understand anyone who'd buy a performance car and not put good tyres and brake bits on them. More important than any mods, or shiny bits, and make more of a difference as well. Cheap ones are just asking for trouble. Dave
  11. Does anyone within pickup distance of Badminton (near Bath/Bristol). Want any millers 10w60 (or other) oil? I'm ordering a pack and wouldn't mind splitting the postage (£8.95). Its £31.95 for a 5l tub. I've been trying to get it form all sorts of places but they are all out :headvswal . This is from millers website. Dave
  12. Aint nowt wrong with your motor mate, got to Ross ok didnt it!
  13. Not that I'd say no but shes a pin head! maybe its just relativity compared to her rather large.....ehem hands?
  14. pmsl, bloody pug drivers think they can park anywhere.
  15. By the way, the proper brembo conversions are about £3k plus. Bigger and all that, but the r34 ones fill my 18inch wheels so I can't see how you could have much bigger.
  16. Jump on them mate, if you don't someone else will. I paid £750 for all four corners and second hand pads and discs from an r34. But the discs may be warped anyway and I'll need new pads as well soon enough. The rears arn't much different anyway, just thicker discs and brembos obviously. R33 ones are probably better because they don't need the mounting holes drilled , and those have new seals so very nice thankyou.
  17. Marcus does very good prices Si, worth a look
  18. Thanks mate, much appreciated there. Good to meet you properly this weekend and thanks for the barbie, hi to your lady and kiddies from me and Alicia. Still got a certain picture from behind your car thats begging a photoshop mauling along with one of Si! I reckon I'm gonna catch it up big time when the comebacks start flowing in. Dave
  19. Likewise, sorry I didn't get a chance to speak properly. I was too busy stuffing my face half the time! Can't believe that crazy remote van of yours. Dunks as well, thanks for the disk, it doesn't work though (and I was getting well exited LOL). Hope everyone had a good day. Dave
  20. He span a long way to end up in the hay, a lot of people were asking though why the hay was so close. Definately wouldn't have happened if the hay wasn't there. As for the damage, it wasn't as bad as it could have been but it was at least a grand or two he says. The door inards were melted, the paint all peeled off. Lots of smoke/heat damage. It still started though which was pretty amazing. The good pictures were taken by a lad on UJCC forum. He took some of the ones of my car as well.
  21. I know some dodgey hit squad type people!!!
  22. Mate, just a chance but this might be useful for your oil leak? My old car had an oil leak from the rocker covers (above the cams). The oil collected in the V of the engine and then drains down through the bell housing of the gear box. It then comes out of the bottom of the gear box close to the starter motor. Just out of interest does the starter motor work if you short the wires across it? sorry if I've missed the boat, I've not read the whole thread! Dave
  23. Good phots Si, I've got a nice one of you especially for my evil plan! Gonna try and get Alicia to the next meet. I'll have to behave myself with the driving speeds though!
