well stick with it if its working id say, but you need in a daily diet protein,some carbs, healthy fats, vitamins,minerals etc. and alteast 2 litres of water per day.

also it takes 20 min of cardio atleast to kickstart the fat burning mechanism in you body. remember cardio is not to heart failure or complete exhaustion, enough so you can still carry a convo. also good to cycle your carb intake.
