***update*** i bought the same alpine one from ebay for 180 including a brain this time but i dont like the fact the screen has to keep popping out, so im going to sell it as today im going to buy a double din kenwood one. i ve fitted my ps2 and sub to the alpine and the quality is amazing. also ordered a cheap freeview t.v. box.

thanks guys, going good at the moment,on ebay i bought a second hand alpine iva 300rb dvd player for 180, a ps2 with 2 controllers 1 game and memory card for 6 pounds, just the lead missing which connects the ps2 to the t.v.hahahahaha also 1 smackdown game for 1 pound, what a day, if i was to sell all of this id make 170 pounds.

update*** the dvd player was a no brainer lol, meaning it didnt have a brains, something which i didnt know a dvd player had to have. so i refused and will wait.

remember reason i said 2 litres is because you might feel thirsty while doing cardio. i know its only 2 days but hows the cardio and diet doing??
