Yep you are advised to change the arms when fitting the bar .. So fit the arms first. "They are the same". Do the HICAS test to see if it's working. If it is leave it..

Ok know what you mean. But ever driven a proper motocross bike e.g Maico490, CR500 or a YZ940?? .. Then try a quad there horrible :) .. just my opinion of course but advise people to drive somit that would "really like to kill them" then drive a quad which will :) + You look like a twat IMHO

My HICAS works fine as per the pedal pump and wheel wiggle test .. I think it rocks .. Don't remove it if it's not working fix it..
