  7. As above you word against his. He has to have photographic evidence to back it up if he was off duty. Keep it simple "NO I WASNT TEXTING OR HOLDING MY PHONE" if they cannot prove it with evidence it will be thrown out of court.

  9. When I had my scope i had an app on my iphone, in fact ive just looked and still have it. Its called night sky and is brilliant at telling you where everything is at that time in the night sky. It even shows what on the southern hemosphere.
  10. DazVert they look quality, im well into the Brian Cox thing and have all his DVDs etc.. Up until recently I had a celestron 130eq but sold it due to moving not realising that where i live now has less light pollution then previous. Need to invest in a new one me thinks.

  14. Cheers fellas, just looked on the ebay forum and people are slating Ebay for their lack of support for the seller seems to be a growing trend. Anyway ive appealed the decision doubt it will go my way though. One good thing though ive got the guys address so might order him a few pizzas(joking)

  19. Cheers, i only have two pictures one of one wheel and one with the wheels on the car itself, going to appeal to see what Ebay say in the next 48hrs.
  20. Hi Mate, No he has returned them but one of the tyres is hanging off. Ive just found out I can appeal the decision but not building hopes up

As the above really, Sold a set of alloys over a month ago on Ebay seller pays I dispatch, item was as described "needs refurb to make new"along with "no refunds" a month down the line I get an email opening a case "item not as described" obviously I disputed this and the guy was a complete idiot saying there was a lot of damage to which I know there wasnt. Ebay went in his favour even though i stated no refunds and after a months usage where he could have damaged the item. Very annoyed at the lack of support for sellers.
