Taking a photo at 70 on a motorway is no more irresponsible than a lorry driver talking on a phone doing 60. AND I see that nearly everyday on the M1. I really cant believe that these drivers are still using mobile phones whilst driving. What will it take....... The death penalty? The worst offenders are: Lorry Drivers Van Drivers Women in 4X4's Suited rep's (normally BMW) women in other cars and finally............ Police. Yes I have seen old bill on the phone whilst driving.

The DVLA charge £80. + VAT. The other £25 is a retention fee. You wont have to pay this if you put the number straight on the car. They aint lying really. I have private numbers on both my cars and know the costs. I changed my Skyline number from my Vectra and because it went straight on there was no £25 retention. Just £80 transfer and obviously the 6 months TAX. If you do put the number on retention then they will charge you £25 each year until it goes on a car. HTH. vini

There is nothing wrong with sharing any news with your mates on here and I really cant see the point in criticising you for doing so?
