Flat black with a shiney or chrome rim is very nice with shiney nuts :D. It adds a sporty come track car look. IMO.

If you intended to keep the car (IMO, I think you should its lovely) then FIX IT! even if it takes a year to get done mate it'll still be yours. SORN it and wait until you are in a better position to put it back on the road. You will get nothing near to its true value so why bother?
