I aint no expert but! any knocking is not good. I dont wish to piss on your fireworks but I would have it checked out. if it gets faster with the engine then it sounds like something may have broken could be the torque converter. As I said no expert tho' Whatever it is I hope it dont give you too much grief mate.

I took mine through one of those american sytle washes where it drags the car through. the spoiler was no problem but the rear wheels were too wide for the runners and almost rode up on the rail. I wouldnt get through now with wider on the back. So no! :tongue:

touch wood i dont suffer that bad round here but i know most of the scallies round these parts which helps i spose, having a bit of respect from them. and my sons nissan primera was keyed but with a magic marker? PHEW! so t-cut got it off.

You could always use a stanley knife and then you will have an excellent excuse for a re-spray. :tongue:

I have no idea why these things happen niether. My son had some twat do a U turn in hes path and they collided my son into the front off side of the other car. A bloke came up and said he saw it all and would be a witness. the other car driver admitted he was at fault and they exchanged details. 6 yes 6 months later and the bloke reckons it wasnt hes fault and my insurance company settled knock for knock without consulting me. i argued that we had an independant witness and they said the other insurance company didnt believe hes staement so disregaurded it????? It makes you wonder who the crooks are? THE LAW IS AN ASS!

I would think its worth between 5 and 7 K. as its ex old bill then its going to be no expence spared on the service history so a good one. its BS that they chip their cars to make them more powerful. they just keep them in tip top running order. Mine is a T5 850 estate and its fast but not that fast. my last one was a S80 T6 twin turbo and that was around 0-60 in 6 secs. this ones about 7 ish. Volvos are great cars but they need pampering and can be expensive to repair. but hey you have a zed so you will be used to that. :) it will be quick for an old mans car????LOL. I think the S60 and the new V70 are the nicest they do currently. :cool: If you can get it for under 5K like suffolk said it will be a cheap car mate. HTH. :)

I would love to come for the whole week or just the weekend Nick. My only problem is with my job. I have to book anual leave for the JAE weekend and I dont get holiday pay :mad: so to take a weekend off will cost me over £500 in lost wages. Very nice for a pug owner but for anyone on here i dont see the point. you could spend that money on your zed and make it look just as nice if not better.

I normally prefer vauxhalls t fords but that focus is really nice. Shes a lucky girl what ever one you get.
