no probs thanks mate

for 18 months i have had problems with my "8 meg" broadband with my speed dropping very very low for no reason, as low as 37kbps. i have phoned loads of times and complained twice, so last night i phoned to cancel it and the guy asked why. i told him all the problems i have had the lies their people have told me just to get me off the phone cause they dont know what they are doing :xxx:. this guy actually listened to me, he tested my line no fault was found then he tested the speed of my line, he said "you can only get 1meg anyway". i told him no i can get 6.5meg there is a problem with my line then, to which he said "it cant affect you speed if theres a fault" so he checked next doors line 6.5meg. so there is a problem with my line FFS this is what i have tried telling these tw@ts for 18 months :headvswal so they have given me some free goodies and money off my broadband. see the customer is always right :duffer:

yeah and my nob fell off too :rofl:

it would take more than all the west ham supporters to make me sheet myself ;)

i got a ticket in london too i bought a permit and this was the first time i had been there it cost me £50 for the permit i parked up, then the following day i had a ticket for £50 FFS so i appealed cause the guy was a blind git and got let off. i reccon he did it on perpose there all :xxx:
