i dont know about the manual clutch, this auto has lasted 3000 miles if that. i will ask around about both options thanks

its a number of things 1. the problem i have been getting with kick down at 30-35mph 2. this is my second box 3. i have never been happy with the performance (might be down to auto might not) 4. i have never thrashed my auto i put new jets in take it for one run and this happens i was thiniking about getting ryan to build me one of his auto's as i've heard good things for approx £1500 but wouldn't have to put a billet TC to get the best out of it which will bump up the price alot. thats why im thinking get a manual with uprated clutch

i will check but Z-TECH have just changed the auto oil about 4 months ago. i must ask ryan what he ment about the box again

he has replied to my question and says he has proof of the work done

i have noticed a differance in power, ryan did say something about my auto that it doesn't change as it should so the jets might make it worse i'm going to take them out and see

rebuilds all the way. as funkysi says you dont know what condition the engine is in

i have put 1.2mm boost jets in, but the auto box seems to be slipping between changing gears could this be down to the extra power going through the box (it didn't do it before) i have had enough of the auto's :headvswal it's time to get a manual conversion done

a real pain to change the dett sensor alot of stuff to take off the car get someone who knows the zeds well, it'll save you time and money. i'm installing jets the same as yours how differant from stock would you say your zed is
