I tried both Merc and BMW. Nearly bought a AMG55 and then decided the BMW was a better ride, and a lot of the Mercs on the same sort of year were showing signs of rust I have a e46 B3 Alpina

I dont think prices will ever go up:ph34r:. Enthusiasts will pay a "good" price for one they know is right. This price will be considered ridiculous by the average person for a 20 year old car. More and more will be sold for under a couple of grand and when they break (and they will) they will be sold as parts or scrapped. And even though they will become rare due to this process I dont see the prices rising until there are next to none left.

We Have one near us and they are Fantastic. Washed leathered off, windows polished inside and out and they leave my Alpina alloys Spotless (which are a bitch to clean) WELL WORTH A FIVER IMHO. Oh and I take the misses 4x4 there as well and its 6 quid even when it is covered in shite from the fields
