  1. Check for boost leaks http://www.boostpro.net/guidesz32basic.html http://www.boostpro.net/prodtester.html The boost leak kit is basically a piece of wood/coffee jar lid/whatever you can find that fits the hole then put a tyre valve through and tighten. The equipment shows a pressure gauge fitted to it that's not necessary if you have a garage style tyre pressure gauge. I chucked a smoke pellet in there when I did mine so the smoke pours out of wherever the leak is, only problem with that is if you don't locate it quick enough the engine bay fills with smoke and you can't see anything
  2. How does it the MR2 compare to the Zed with it being less powerful but alot lighter? I bet the handling is awesome....
  3. What's the answer on this one Jeff?
  4. They wouldn't quote mine mate, it was the suspension and brake upgrades that they didn't like :surrender:
  5. Don't fret bud, some companies I called said they considered Zeds classic from 15 years old, I just can't remember which ones. I would try Footman James and Sureterm first personally as they come up very good time after time. Don't forget to mention you are a member here for discounts:cool2:
  6. Try these companies, they have all given members here good quotes: footman james/Graham Sykes/Sky insurance/heritage/swinton/Lynbrook/Houghtons/Broadsure/sureterm/MCE Sureterm gave me the best quote of the ones i have tried from that list so far. Good luck!

  8. Lovely job chaps thanks for the replies i'll look into the Rustoleum along with removing the worst of it by hand cheers
  9. Well done mate, hope everything goes well for you all :balloon::balloon::balloon:
  10. I need a paint to paint a rusty log burning stove with. None of the Hammerite products fit the bill unless I go back to bare metal which i'd rather avoid. Any help appreciated
  11. Cool, get some in car footage

Surely it would be better, less hassle and safer to buy a tyre with a softer compound designed to give more grip?
  13. I really like the CSL but that's a hell of alot for a spoiler and then you have to get it sprayed. I've had the Twinz one in mind since Yowser posted it a month or so back as I like the original and this is a fresher look for it. Im a bit reluctant to buy anything from them after them being knobs to Jeff when he tried to setup Uk supply. Have you considered something like my mid or jap.slappers high level carbon wing?
  14. +1 Really like the first one
  15. Yeah, who seriously would pay 5k for a car they had never seen lol
  16. Won't happen, I had this loads of times when I sold my last car and have heard it numerous other times from others, same story, same fake paypal site, it's a con, nothing more than a scumbag with a computer trying to rip unsuspecting people off :xxx:
  17. You will get an email supposedly from Paypal, you enter your login details on his fake site then your card gets raped. Tell him to F off, block his email address then report to eBay. Does he even have feedback for anything worthwhile?
  18. Done! Some negative rep for you......
  19. Plenty on eBay, i've seen it in my local auto store as well Thanks Pabs :cool3:
  20. Cool. My scuttles are new but my trims look gash, like someone has coloured them with crayons. 400% better adhesion with primer the label says.....
  21. Like it mate, amazing how good the trims look. Is the colour of the plastidip the same as the scuttle panels?
  22. Love it mate but you got this bit wrong..... You don't let the scrounging ****s on the plane in the first place!
  23. Bloody hell that's unreal, if you walk past someone that hasn't seen you in a while they will never recognise you, nice work. Is that from cycling and dieting?
  24. Start soaking those glow plugs in penetrating fluid asap, they get stuck and can snap off easy
