  11. Sunday is best for me.. How about you?
  12. When I did mine I put a tipex line on the crank and the block when all the cam sprockets were lined up with dimples and cutouts. Then removed the belt and fitted the new one. We didnt worry too much about the lines on the belt as long as the tipex, dimples and cutouts stayed lined up. The lines on the belt will be close but not exact. Once we had the belt on and tensioned, we did a complete turn of the engine (manually) to make sure the dimples and cutouts were still inline. Follow that and you wont go far wrong. Pete
  13. I believe the question is how much to add rather than how good or how much does it cost? Never used it so I cant answer this :D

  21. Also put the tensioner back using a G clamp and then tightened the bolt. Do not use the bolt to force it back or the bracket will break. Also watch the woodruff key when putting the crank pulley back on to make sure it stays straight. if it does move just tap it back into line using a long screwdriver and a small hammer.
  22. Doesnt the activator work at all? Can you still see the bar coming from it and is it still attached to the locking mechanism of the door? Glad my directions were good :D
