We've had a database problem since the upgrade and sometimes it just causes the server to go AWOL. I think I have nailed what was causing the problem and hopefully it shouldnt happen again.

have you thought about joining lovefilm.com? They do xbox games now. I just rent a game and you can keep hold of it for as long as you want. If I like it I buy it.
