Hi Guys Wondered if you guys could be kind enough to give me a link to the exact HID KIT I need for my 300zx My 300 TT 1991 JAP IMPORT so it has the jap head light bulbs It does not need to be off ebay - I need to get one delivered before Saturday as I am taking it to a garage for MOT etc and they said they could also fit but don't sell them. I did go on ebay and contact a couple of them but No replies back and no running out of time Cheers Dave

Could be gearbox mount? - Not saying it is but I had the symptoms you describe and it was my gearbox mount.

Hi Guys, Om my 300zx TT Jap Import. I have 3 buttons. For the Auto gearbox 1. Is an over ride - Do you ride with this off or on? If I remember correctly if off the light comes on the dash. Does that save fuel? 2 I have Power/hold button. So you can click it to Hold or Power or Central for off. Any ideas. 3 I then have one other button near the gearbox, No details on this - Its to the right of the gear stick and has a light on it - when pressed on ... No idea what it does and as far as I am aware is Off. On average about 200 miles to a tank is this about right? am not moaning about fuel consumption but would like to see if I should be getting more. I have to fill up regularly. Cheers

Right, Im trying to put the bulb back in in situ without removing the actual headlamp. Is it me... It feels like the bulb does not sit firmly / correctly? Upon having a play around I notice they have done that with the passenger side Groover and again it does not look like its sitting correctly. Is there a special procedure...Do the bulbs go in a certain way round as on the metal part of the bulb there are some cut outs. (2). I will have a better play tomorrow Cheers Dave

Hi Guys, This has probably been asked before. I did do a search but what I was finding was how to.. What I need to know is where I can purchase the headlight bulbs for my JAP IMPORT. The bulb has 2 connection and not 3. Anyone have a complete part number?

I think they are good on Fuel. Mine is a TT so im not complaining. If I brake hard enough I have a full tank. - Its about £90 quid for me too. Z gone in for brake pads and a rev hunting issue. Got some lights off ebay the other day standard as mine are cracked so these ones will make an good improvement. I just hope I can take it out if I can afford to after the repair. Dreading the cost. I was told it would be sorted last time it went in. But not quite. But a big improvement

Im sure I received it, the wife has mislaid my paper work and I cannot find it. I know where the VIN is but the number is too large (too many digits) its on 2 rows.

Hi Guys, I originally purchased the car just under 6 months ago. The garaged taxed it for me and were suppose to send of the log book for change of name and owner. Well its my fault, I forgot about the log book. Never received it. Now its time to tax the vehicle and obviously I cant do that as I have no log book. I have downloaded a form for obtaining a log book and the fee is £25.00 However I am stuck on the chassis number VIN. My car is a JAP IMPORT and has more VIN numbers than the box will allow. Can anyone advise?

would UK rear lights fit an import ? What about an exhaust? Is it basically the same or not? Is there a list anywhere that says what fits and what does not? Cheers

Hi Guys, I need brake pads front and back. Seen some on ebay.. would they be OK and would they fit? Or should I go to a garage to purchase. Or Can anyone recommend where to purchase on line. (Trusting them) I did it as I can change the air flow meter myself and cheaper labour. Don't ask me to test it.. I don't have the tools or knowledge except screw drivers and spanners. I put the new one on for a short while but idle become erratic and cut out. So I put my old one back on. regards Dave

Hi Guys, If a put a new MAS AIR FLOW Sensor on does the car require a retune. Just wondering as I have purchased one from ebay (New) but on there website it states clearly a 300zx will require a retune. Is this correct or shall I just go straight to Nissan for a new one. Many thanks Dave

Hi Guys, Thanks - Managed it. I had one of those poles that holds up plasterboards and used that to take the weight of the boot and slowly increase the height. Worked a treat. Seatbelts all in now so kiddies will be safe. Thanks Dave

OK, I was fitting seat belts in the back of the 300. I undone one of the struts. As expected it come forward as its pressured. However I cannot seem to push it back in? Have I broke it? Can someone advise before I take the other one off. regards Dave
