  1. even jz's still have issues here and there i seen some dead ones with same pistons as marks for the same reasons lol
  2. anywhere between 2.5k to 15k depending on whats needing to be done and whatm type of parts are used :)
  3. might be a tempremental injector or blocked if its clicking as id imagine from experience that the plug should be wet if theres spark
  4. try image wheels ;) http://www.imagewheels.co.uk/
  5. are you getting fuel from that injector is the plug wet when you take it out ?
  6. 53mm turbine or comp ? should be 53mm turbine wheel
  7. depends which compressor housing they have fitted
  8. An oil with a 5 should only be used if the ambdient temp is never going to rise above 4degrees c for reference i dont even know why they sell it in this country to be honest as its not suitable toyota started using it in all there cars from factory couple of years ago but when customers complained about oil consumption warranty was to change it back to 10/40 then they all complained about loosing 3-5 mpg so i shall let you all draw your own conclusions on that one ;)
  9. Fuchs pros is a truly synthetic oil and all i use on the cars now i started using it first when i use to race a zx6r and found it gave me a power gain of 8hp its that good :) i always use the 10/50w :)
  10. Having owned an S2000 i have slightly different feeling from driving one day to day for a while the gearbox is the shortest shift i have ever driven in a stock car brilliant and performance for an N/A 2.0 is also the same depite not being quite as quick as a boxsterS in a straight line of the mark I rung the neck out of it and still lost lol but thats where it stops for me it gets a little tiring having to bounce it of 9000rpm all the time after a while and the handling can be very mmm shall we say skittish on higher speed bends and even alittle worrying sometimes As a weekend car i would still have the S2000 but as a daily driver i would go 350Z its just the better allrounder and far less tireing to drive quickly everytime
  11. im on feel free to like :) https://www.facebook.com/pages/Silverlineracing/224969334224916
  12. yes it would be an immposable task other wise Ive just removed all the valves today and the metal pipes for the pcv and middle coolant connector at the back of the head so there are now just one pcv hose at the back running from the n/s rear cam cover round to the o/s inlet plenum and just 2 coolant pipes one from each turbo to the rear matrix pipes :) ive lost arounf 5 kilos in pcv and vaccum hose and general pipe work so far :) And a lot less chance of coolant leaks :)
  13. my pet hate is removing autoboxes and yes i have an auto lol dont mind customers just my own lol its not the bolts at the back that are the isue every one goes on a bout but the pipe at the drivers side thats the problem and the egr entrance i found the only way was to remove it from the turbo manifold and juggle the steel pipes about with a large implement to get it out managed to remove it all in about four hours ive just done a coolant bypass now as well so inlet manifold removal should only take approx 15 mins now instead of the usual 10 days lol
  14. its not a nice job thats all i can say :)
  15. i wll have to do a write up when i get 5 :)
  16. Jeff nothing surprises me anymore i reckon i must spend 50% of time putting other garages work right
  17. lol they all have character ive run the iridium 2667 in question at 1.4 bar before having to move to an 8 heat range on an sr20 with a gt35r on it and higher on a 2jz with a to4r its a really good plug maybe it is just Beatrix lmao :) My Zoe is a quiet one that isnt so fussy lol
  18. never had a problem and we run them in everthing Its actually not to short its the same length as most plugs be it denso or bosch the platinum is a little longer than the norm so as to speak
