I'm setting up a small plant at work to make biodiesel to run two vans and heat our greenhouse. Lots of people are doing it small scale already and youll find that a lot of diesel from the garages already contain 5-10% biodiesel.

Just a thought, dont fully tighten any of the parts till they are all hanging roughly in place. I made the mistake of fitting one side and then trying to fit the other, eventually i loosened the first side and the second went together quite easily. Can't help with the gearbox, mines an auto.

Theres a we knob on the bach of the metal bit at the end of the strap, it slots into the hole on the bracket welded to the floor.

Z centre and MJP eastern autu can supply wheel arch repair panels.

Knifing putty, should be able to get it from halfrauds, if it's cracking bad it wont be long for it to come right through.

Bought these pipes from that trader about a month ago, had a Megan plaque on them, look like extremly good quality to me only fitting issue i had was the hangers for the small rubber mounts were a good bit of. The worst part of it all was removing the precats :wack:
