Yeh that sounds about right, though its always hard describing these noises. It is a constant noise though, to me its like a vvvvvvvvvvvvvvvv!!

I fitted the grooved and blind drilled disks with kevlar pads, i have a constant noise from both brakes. I think the noise is due to the air being trapped/passing through the groove as the disk turns.

Yeh they should be fine, new disks and pads about two months ago, i was wondering about bearings but its not a normal sound for them

You guys seem really good at sorting out problems, hope you can help with this one. Just before i come to a stop and sometimes when driving really slow i can hear a squeal from the passanger side, can only hear it with the passanger window down, so it ain't to loud. It sounds like rubber against rubber kinda like the noise you get if your tyre touches the kerb when parking, though i aint parking. Can't determine if its coming from front or back of passanger side. Any thoughts or suggestions would be great, cheers in advance.

If yours is like mine then it doesn't have direction control, there are two types. The mist button just means it wipes once.

Hi folks, i know someone will be ablle to help. Have had a set of grooved and blind drilled disks on my z now for a couple of months but i'm still getting a dam whirring noise from them. I know this is supposed to go away, any tips or experiences of how long this may go on for will be appreciated, cheers.

does anyone know of a good Z mechanic in or near Glasgow ?. I have staretd to get a ticking noise from the top end of the engine, any help is appreciated.
