Jane Really sorry to read about all those problems. Sounds like that engine is about to seize!!. Have you noticed any oil leaks at all? Not a good sign either if you cant get it in reverse, could be a gear selector? Only guessing there mind you. You certainly do have rights! I would ask for a refund as the car is clearly not 'adequate' for driving, let alone running 'perfect'. If you do get hassles, you can contact Citizens Advice or Trading Standards!

I was with AA Insurance for 9 years but this year they gave me a mental quote!! I cancelled and now with Kwik Fit Insurance :) (Who coincidentally quoted me a ridiculous price last year!) lol.... I reckon they make it up as they go along :)

Have you noticed that all the items he sold went for double figures, ie £20, £30, £40 etc....when you won that item 'cheap' as the last guy who left negative feedback did, he refused to sell!! Maybe worth contacting E bay.
