sorry to be impatient about it,but it is very dangerous, and with the lil girl in the car, i forbid her to drive it lol so shes stuck in the house.....to my knowledge.... lol

i didnt see a vac line going too it? just an electronic connector, and i made a proper plate, with gasket sealer, high temp. and i took the upper plenum off to give room, which i resealed with gasket sealer, and also fixed blow in the exhaust. does seem relevent to a vac leak doesnt it, but i didnt see any pipe goin to it, or even a redundent pipe fitting on it, was just electronic. i mite run it and have a listen for leaks i gues? thanks for all your help guys Sam

hey guys, my girlfriends got a 98 1.6 corsa. she was told the EGR valve was knakered, so last weekend i blanked it off,now the check engine light is on all the time, to be expected. it idles like a dog... very rough,about 2000 ish, also it revs itself randomly, like the throttle sticks, and it revs up to 4000rpm. the engine seems very erratic and is very dangerous imo, i NEED to fix it tomoro, but i dont know where to start! any ideas? thanks guys

thanks guys for all your opinions, much appreciated, i have thought about a TT engine, but then i havent got the space to do the swap for one, and i cant really handle the hassle right now,plus id need the brakes to go with it,etcetc, its a big job a TT swap. and a weeked just wudnt be long enough lol. seriosly tho, i think id rather buy a TT, dont have to worry bout the paperwork and all the legal poop that goes with the conversion then thanks again

well iff i got 2grand for mine id be over the moon. im just not sure its worth that? i dunno lol. depends on your taste i suppose. i just want a TT with a solid engine, bodywork rust wise isnt a issue for me as its my job lol so i can sort it no problem. thanks mate

hey guys, i wanna sell my Z, its just not enough for me and im starting to get bitter about it. really small niggly bits that bug me that if it was a TT and i was happy with its performance i would happily overlook as a , ill get to it bug... However.... the engine runs faultlessly, sounds awsome, But it just isnt a TT. im looking for a TT, preferbly a MAnuel, i know for the money im likely to get for mine id be lucky if i could afford a 1.0 Nova. but i mite be just, pesimistic. So i was wondering if you guys could give me a rough idea of how much my car is worth, i wana put it on here first as id rather it stayed to the club, but, if i was to put it on ebay i know id sell it faster. problem is, i only have my car as collateral to pay for a new one, so it needs to be a sale then buy over a weekend as i need to drive to work. so basicly what im asking is.....How much do you guys reckon my cars worth, and if you could keep an eye out for a TT goin cheap,good engine, dont care bout bodywork.. thanks guys, see you soon Sam

im a paint techy, I respray cars, trucks, vans, Anything really, qualified too, also im pretty handy with mechanics. been building cars all my life, im all my friends and familys go to guy for anything mechanical that needs fixing, i havent got a booth or anywhere to spray but if you have a big garage id be more than happy to come and do any work for ya, paint or mechanical. im also in the process of starting a wheel refurb business so i should be in the traders section soonish. but i can advise on that. Im also pretty good at fixing playstation 3s and 360's. no probs. Erm....got a abnormaly high IQ so if anyone on who wants to be a millionare you can ring me as long as you cut me in ;) lol Joke. ill give anything a go really, if i can help in anyway id be more than happy to, anything for a fellow Zed head
