i've ordered some stuff from taiwan which seems to have got lost in transit the gut sent me the tracking number this morning and a pic of the pick up receipt only to find he's missed the g off the county and off the postcode so my item is now in l14 somewhere,cant make out the company name as it's blurred it looks like the outline of a bird in blue with 3 black lines for the wings and the tracking number begins cp any ideas anyone? many thanks kev

yup tried everything to get it working even installed real player and had same probs so here i am 2 hours later with pc running well and less crap on it lol

think i sorted it now guys was not the firewall and did the uninstall-reinstall as well with no joy so just formatted pc and re installed windows now all seems ok

can any body help i cant connect to any online media with real player or windows media player been try to view a video off here but media player pops up trys to connect then shuts down with a problem any ideas anyone? better say its media player 10 with windows xp cheers kev

if they have not taken payments then tecnically u owe them the payments obviuosly some one is not pressing right buttons on there computer cause you should have a direct debit mandate through the post which you need to sign and return for them to set up the direct debit
