  1. as for the mani thing i take it the drivers side mani needs to be bashed a bit iv got the same ones just havnt got round to getting them on just read that the o2 sensor interfers wit the steering
  2. thats a guuter m8y its rubbish when things like this happen my first zed fail was on the window wiper not having the clip on them i knew about it just forgot to fix it least it isnt a long list of things

  4. thats what i was aiming at ian seems the trouble started at the water bypass but dont know enough to know if a water bypass would cause this much overheating issues
  5. ah ok never had a turbo before but i thought the intercooler cooled the exhaust gases/my bad
  6. maybe a long shot but could faulty intercooler cause overheating
  7. scrap that last post that s a head scratcher to replace nearly every cooling componant and still have issues what about going back bofore doing the water bypass
  8. ok what i was getting at was maybe the temp sensor is sendind wrong signals i had this when i was getting overheating issues wasnt turnd out it ws a faulty sensor telling m it was overheatin when it wasnt

  13. hi why dont you just do it properly to start with instead of doing somthing seeing if the engine will let go then buying another engine..i mean seems like a waste of time and money..when in fact you could talk t the right folk and get it done properly from the start..sory if this sounds like a dig at you i really dont mean it to

  15. id give more than a eight nut to have a job just now frankly im pleased to work a min wage job when i can as been said they should hust be gratfull that they actually get a wage and a pension

  18. the drains are working but it is leaking like a sive but on the other hand its been coverd for the last 3 weeks but the floors are still soaking

  20. what could be causing the interior lights(heater pod and ciggie)comining on after the keys are removed from ignition cheers
