Does anyone have the number for and transmission places in the northeast so i can check if my auto box is broken as thats what people think my problem is Mujina recommended a place called dipton transmissions (i think) but can't find their number. Im just hoping its not broke!!! How much is a manual conversion - all in(parts labour etc) just in case it is broke as ive heard this is cheaper than replacing the autobox.

hey guys, ive been over to mujinas house tonight, he's had a drive of the car and was impressed with its . . . . . . lack of performance :rofl: :rofl: :rofl: yes i know its not funny but trying to make a joke of it lol :D Now he thinks it the throttle cable being slack (which it is :eek: ) So i will try and get that done within the next couple of days and ill let you know how that goes (of course) He also thinks ithat my performance problems maybe the gear box dying :rant: :headvswal :rant: now he's not sure as doesn't know a lot about auto's so ill have to take it to a transmission place asap to find out :confused: Im just hoping its not the dreaded dead box :x:

hey there, i work for an insurance comany, Now you need to tell them which car it is or well whats already been said they will not pay out, also because the accident should be reported to the police you'll probably get done for driving without the correct insurance, your policy may get cancelled for non disclosure (not a good thing), other companies may not want to insure you because you've had a policy cancelled by a company etc etc etc. As far as the police if you just given a producer, they probably wouldn't know its an import so insurance on an english 300zx you would probably get away with but its really not worth the risk in case you are caught.

Oh, i wasn't saying it wasn't a good offer of course. And i like people who come offering me stuff lol So once i have money ill call him and get it ;o)

Hi guys, as many of you know ive had a few probs with the zed since ive bought it. On saturday morning i went to stellaZ's house and he and Cadpaul had a look over the zed and did an ECU check for me! it came up with error code 34 which is a det sensor. now here's a question for the auto drivers out there: when driving does the car rev highly whilest trying to put your toe down slightly. I need some new pipes at the front on the engine, doj you think this may be whats causing the over revving?? Please help if you know :D

There's not that many insurance policies that cover other people to drive your car unless its an any drivers policy maybe, definately worth a look though mate

greg, how long have you been with your insurance company? were you with them on another car before you were pulled over? or even with any insurance company on another car (your zed for example)
