there was a group buy a few weeks back which a lot of people bought gauges off an ebay seller and i want some but can't remember who the seller on ebay was. I didn't join the group buy because my car was off the road :-( And now i want some lol

You can't ask the insurance person if you can speak to the ombudsman as they don't work for the insurance company! The FSA is the Financial Services Authority. They look after all financial services. They charge the insurance company like a grand to simply look in to something straight away and that just goes up and up. Most companies will have different stages of complaints starting at level 1 which is the people on the phone that you speak to. Level 2 is normally a manager / high level complaint handler Level 3 is normally customer relations etc and within our company they can offer compensation etc if need be. These are normally customer relations Department. The above is how my company works however different companies will do things differently. I would follow the complaints route by speaking to a manager. If your still not happy I would ask the manager what their next steps are, so who is higher up the scale to them.

I did txt him today asking what was happening as he was going to calll the transporter company today. I haven't had a reply yet mate sorry Andy seems to be a nice guy mate so hopefully he'll get back to you

i spoke to him in txt today about mine too mate. He was very busy at the time so just spoke to him briefly in txt. But i will be speaking to him tomorrow so will let him know about this thread while i am on. I know he was stuck under a car at the time lol. Try sending him a txt mate cos he will pick it up when he looks at his phone
