im a plumbing and heating engineer by trade, but my boss also owns a lot of property, so im also a glorified handy man, a rent collector and also get the job of forcefully removing unwanted troubled tennants (ive made some strange and scary enemies in my time) but i love my job and wouldnt change it for the world

do what i did mate, find a house you like and offer 20 grand less (yes i said 20 grand less lol) and chances are you will get the house for what you are willing to pay not what they want you to pay. Then dont tell the wife what you payed and then modify the zed with the money you have saved. (worked for me im moving in next month wuwhooo) remember houses at the moment aint selling its a buyers market

went to me local offy for some stella (aint had a drink since sunday) the greedy fat ******* has put them up a quid (now they are 6quid instead of a fiver for eight) time to pack the drinking in if things keep going up like this (doesnt he know i have a zed to run lol)
