im lucky, i work as a plujmber, but also work as a "property maintinence engineer lol" basically i do the day to day running of bedsits, workshops, shops and flats, i get a hoooooge variation of work from building to rent collection to eviction and renting then also do plumbing in between the money aint great (about £10 an hour) but its not just a one trick pony job, so if you want some variation in your work i can highly recomend it
