ive seen cars on the news all day stuck in deep puddles, one guy in a merc in ireland (think it was ireland) got stuck halfway through, got out and was soaked upto the shoulders in his suit what posesses people to think they can drive through deep puddles lol

i would be nocking on his door, seems that mark got a result that way, just hope daz's business aint been affected too much by it

and there is that lol, i do love me stella although its just a weekend thing now (well apart from tonite as ive nipped a sly one in whilst cleaning the kitchen lol)

ive seen these on one of the selling channels, you can pay for them, use them for 60 days and if you dont like them you can give them back, i wouldnt mind these to be honest, im always at work an hour early in the morns and wouldnt mind doing this instead of the sit ups and press ups which dont seem to be working but i also think that eating correctly is a big factor in this aswell, i always seem to have no will power or energy when doing this so maybe my diet is all wrong
