im having scramled eggs on toast nearly every morn for my brekkie, i beat 2 eggs with yolks in a cup, add milk to fill the cup, bit salt and pepper and micrwave them, toast 2 slices of weight wathchers bread and spread the scrambled egg over them, i dont use any magerine is it good r bad for me, im really trying hard to be a lot more healthy food and drink wise, ive changed my diet a lot in the last year, but i want to take it further

thats what its built for though, any car with this spec is not destined for the asda run lol

but when its not it awesome, always admired this motor, as legrath says "its a league above the rest"

it had thousands thrown at it, i paid 3k for it, kept it 2 years and sold it for £2600 to a lad that rolled it into a field less than half hour later wish i still had it, if i dont get a skyline gtr next im thinking of audi s4 b5 or golf r32

just had a quick go on army of two and although its a bit akward to get used to the controlls im sure it will be a good game
